Triathlon transition from swimming to bike is the first important transition you will face. And I think it is a bit more challenging than going from bike to run. You probably have a wet suit on, your body is numb from the water, and you don’t have your land legs.

Besides checking your heart rate monitor watch, there are lots of tips and hints to get through your first triathlon transition smoothly. What you don’t want is some big hiccup that throws off the next leg of your race.
