This is a good product. I compared the watch pulse rate with the Dr and an exercise machine and they were all the same. This is accurate and easy to use. I like the fact that you can enter in your age and gender and it calculates the high and low target heart range.
Decent heart rate monitor

I have purchased this heart rate monitor to keep my heart rate under check during the workout. So far, it is working as expected and seems to be accurate.
Cannot expect more for a $30 item. Although it may not be 100% accurate, the calorie counter feature is also very nice. Overall, a very good purchase and I recommend it to the others as well.
