Heart Rate Monitor Training – Using a Marker Run

One way to evaluate your fitness is with a marker run. A marker run is a determined length that you run every couple of weeks to measure your fitness.

Do you have a favorite run you do every week? Mine was a 6 mile neighborhood loop. I love that run and always manage it fit it in every couple of weeks.

Then just keep track of the stats. Your heart rate and your time. Check out the short video below.
